Women cell of GDC Talwari aims to empowering and orienting women towards recognize their true potential and to help them attain their own stand in a competing world. Its main objective is to  develop women  in all spheres of their life. The targeted group includes all UG, PG students, women from nearby village students of nearby school.

The active women cell of the college takes various initiative towards welfare of  women students of college .
